Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience required
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly desired
• Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, customer service focus, self-motivation
