You'll serve as a key strategic leader on the Schools Team, directly managing 2-5 principals to drive instructional excellence and student achievement across multiple measures. You'll ensure Rocketship schools remain a model for outstanding support for school leaders, teachers, and families, partnering with the Network Support Team to transform underserved communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor 2-5 principals to high standards
• Conduct regular assessments to align school targets
• Lead professional development in instruction and family engagement
• Guide school-level hiring with national Talent team

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a principal in high-performing charter or district school
• 2-4 years of teaching with proven student outcomes
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing principals toward high achievement
