You will drive inventory excellence across Bond Vet clinics, improving COGS through data-driven strategy and hands-on field execution. You'll partner with clinic teams to diagnose inefficiencies, implement best practices, and build scalable training programs.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in inventory management, procurement, or operations
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into strategy
• Experience in field-facing roles requiring hands-on operational support
• Ability to influence frontline teams and drive behavior change
• Comfortable with data analysis and in-person execution

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinic-level COGS performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct on-site inventory assessments and audits at clinics
• Train clinic teams on inventory best practices and cost-conscious behaviors
• Build and refine inventory management playbooks and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with inventory controls and DEA regulations
