💼 About This Role

You'll partner with product and software engineers to ensure ArcGIS Hub meets release readiness standards through manual and automated testing. Your work will directly impact the quality of a platform that enables spatial collaboration for thousands of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate acceptance criteria into manual and automated test coverage
• Perform risk-based and exploratory testing across user workflows
• Validate and triage defect reports with Support Services
• Communicate quality status and risks to support release decisions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of QA experience testing modern web apps in Agile
• Experience with Playwright for web UI test automation
• Testing REST APIs and validating JSON/HTTP integrations
• Intermediate understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, components)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or developer-focused products
• Familiarity with automated test results and monitoring dashboards
• Experience working with product on delivery risk and release impact
