Description

You will oversee clinical leadership in the Assistive Care and Assistive Care State Programs practices at BAYADA Home Health Care. Working closely with senior executives, you'll define clinical standards, drive high-quality care, and develop new programs to support growth and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with current RN licensure (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years home care/home health experience with operational and clinical leadership roles
• Strong background in home care and personal care services for seniors
• Proven leadership skills to mentor diverse clinical teams
• Experience with EMR systems and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AC/ACSP practices to achieve best-in-class clinical and service excellence
• Identify and respond to opportunities for expansion of clinical programs
• Monitor operational performance and adapt plans to achieve desired outcomes
• Oversee clinical consultation and leadership to service offices
• Direct development of clinical policies and best practices per accreditation standards
