🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of project managers and researchers.
• Serve as primary research advisor for 1-3 employer partners.
• Lead end-to-end client engagements from scoping to delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• 8+ years experience in market research, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven success leading complex client engagements from design to delivery.
• Proficiency with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
