🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee data management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including sourcing and scheduling
• Facilitate onboarding logistics for new hires

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing and negotiating offers
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll and benefits

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Portuguese labor law framework
• Portuguese language proficiency
• Experience in a consultancy or fast-paced environment
