You will be the front line of our brand, managing daily social channels to engage and support our global player base. You'll create on-the-fly content, escalate issues, and report on community sentiment.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms
  • Exceptional writing skills with ability to adopt a brand voice
  • Attention to detail for managing multiple posting schedules
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
  • Internships or 1 year experience in social media, PR, or customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to player inquiries on X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • Escalate complex issues and VIP inquiries to appropriate teams
  • Assist with on-the-fly content creation and adapt brand messaging
  • Schedule and post approved content across all social platforms
  • Pull monthly data and contribute insights on community sentiment and engagement trends
