Requirements
- Deep understanding of X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to adopt a brand voice
- Attention to detail for managing multiple posting schedules
- Located in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
- Internships or 1 year experience in social media, PR, or customer-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to player inquiries on X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Escalate complex issues and VIP inquiries to appropriate teams
- Assist with on-the-fly content creation and adapt brand messaging
- Schedule and post approved content across all social platforms
- Pull monthly data and contribute insights on community sentiment and engagement trends
