💼 About This Role

You'll strengthen security posture across the organization by managing enterprise tools and providing IT support. You'll play a key role in security monitoring, incident response, and audit readiness while partnering with internal teams. This role blends hands-on security operations with compliance alignment and end-user enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor enterprise security tools (EDR, DLP, SIEM).
• Investigate incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Administer identity and access management systems (Okta, SSO, MFA).
• Support SOC 2, GDPR audits and customer security assessments.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in security operations or compliance.
• Strong understanding of endpoint protection, IAM, and incident response.
• Proficient in administering UNIX-based systems (MacOS, Linux).
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack).

✨ Nice to Have

• Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM).
• Experience with IT support fundamentals.
