Description

You will complete payments by receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, working closely with Treasury Operations, Accounting, and Customer Advocate teams to ensure payments are made to proper vendors. Your insights will have an immediate, tangible impact every day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Problem-solving drive
• Ability to manage and reconcile multiple information sources
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNTIF)
• Understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, record keeping)

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify incoming and outgoing checks
• Partner with Accounting teams to confirm daily payment processing
• Review data from multiple sources for payment consistency and accuracy
• Apply quality assurance to validate data entry
• Provide internal customer service by responding to questions
