You'll lead end-to-end equity plan administration for a global identity company. You will manage compliance, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive system implementations and employee education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end global equity plan administration
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Section 16 filings
• Partner with cross-functional teams on equity data accuracy
• Lead system improvements and process automation

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of stock administration experience
• CEP designation or willingness to complete within 18 months
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup)
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters for equity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with equity plan conversion and M&A
• Familiarity with SEC filings and 10b5-1 plans
• Strong project management skills
