🎯 What You'll Do

• Define Analytics Engineering and BI strategy, owning roadmap and P&L
• Lead dimensional modeling in BigQuery using dbt and Airflow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models
• Manage and grow a world-class Analytics Engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture
• 5+ years in leadership or management capacity
• Deep mastery of Kimball/Star Schema methodologies
• Expert-level SQL and performance tuning skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in Fintech or D2C domains
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams
• Familiarity with data mesh or data contract methodologies
