Description

You'll build and deploy AI agents that automate guest and partner workflows, own ML infrastructure for reliability and intelligence, and integrate AI systems into a Rails backend. You'll work on products like an AI Concierge, Voice AI Booking Assistant, and Conversational Search, shipping production systems from prototype to deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML systems
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails for backend integration
• Experience with data warehouse tools like dbt and Redshift
• Experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda), Datadog, and Algolia

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on AI agents for multi-step workflows
• Build real-time and batch data infrastructure (pipelines, feature stores, model-serving layers)
• Develop evaluation and observability frameworks for AI agents
• Integrate AI capabilities into Ruby on Rails backend
• Own full lifecycle of ML models: data collection, training, deployment, monitoring, iteration
