💼 About This Role

You'll assist the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts for a Starbucks team at Gopuff. You'll deploy baristas, delegate tasks, and ensure order accuracy for fast, efficient delivery. This role is core to creating the Starbucks Experience for customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act with integrity and promote company culture and values.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods.
• Assist with new employee training and provide feedback.
• Execute store operations and organize opening/closing duties.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant.
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
