💼 About This Role

You'll build AI agents and workflows for Relay's partnerships function, shipping production tooling and defining an AI-native go-to-market. You'll own real parts of the channel, from reporting and analytics to partner content and outreach. This internship offers a chance to shape a core growth function in a digital banking platform for SMBs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI agents and workflows for partnerships tasks
• Ship production reporting in Metabase for external partners
• Identify data anomalies and funnel breakages using AI agents
• Draft partner-facing content using AI co-authoring

📋 Requirements

• AI-native mindset: you build with AI tools daily
• Comfortable with data reasoning (funnels, conversion, unit economics)
• Proactive and self-sufficient with vague problems
• Curious about business and SMB fintech

✨ Nice to Have

• Current student in CS, engineering, math, or business
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or agent frameworks
• Shipped a project that others actually used
