You'll build and scale Axle Health's post-sale revenue and service delivery engine, productizing implementation, services, and support offerings. Your core impact is transforming custom, high-touch work into scalable, repeatable service packages that drive revenue growth. This founding role lets you design tiered offerings from scratch and shape the company's services strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex customer implementations as an IC initially
• Productize implementation services into standardized, tiered offerings
• Design and launch premium service SKUs to drive revenue growth
• Build scalable customer health and engagement systems

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success at B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience leading complex enterprise software deployments and technical integrations
• Proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing teams in high-growth environments
• Strong business acumen with understanding of unit economics and pricing strategy
