💼 About This Role

You'll lead organic growth through SEO and CRO at M32 AI, building agentic AI for service businesses. You'll engineer self-sustaining growth loops and own 0-to-1 marketing function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or GSC.
• Architect and build high-performance landing pages with A/B testing and heatmapping.
• Design and manage email/CRM flows for onboarding, engagement, and upsell.
• Ideate and test low-cost growth experiments like co-marketing and referral loops.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on in SEO and CRO within B2B environments.
• Proficiency in GA4/PostHog, Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC, and Framer.
• Demonstrated impact scaling B2B SaaS from $0 to $1-5M ARR through SEO/CRO.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make.
• Portfolio of cross-channel growth loops and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to prototype and launch experiments in days using AI tools.
