Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven experience leading and scaling demand generation teams.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaign management and budget pacing.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience aligning marketing and sales on funnel stages, lead scoring, and handoff criteria.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a demand generation team, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Own demand generation strategy across the full buyer journey for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, webinars, content) and budget allocation.
- Drive SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy and conversion rate optimization.
- Track full-funnel metrics, interpret data, and execute experiments to improve efficiency and conversion.
