You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for Product Development roles at a fast-growing fintech. You'll build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role offers a chance to shape the Riga office's growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer negotiation
- Develop sourcing strategies using online platforms and professional networks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes
๐ Requirements
- In-house Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience hiring for Product Development roles
- Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle with direct sourcing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach using data and insights to support hiring strategies
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting broader hiring across functions like Finance, Legal, People
- Knowledge of the local Riga talent market and compensation benchmarks
