💼 About This Role

You'll join Anthropic's IT Operations team to keep a fast-growing AI company running smoothly through hands-on support and process improvements. You'll triage and resolve user issues across hardware, software, and networking, while automating repetitive tasks and documenting solutions. This role combines deep technical skills with a service mindset, with opportunities to grow into more complex infrastructure work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system and Slack
• Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
• Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination and participate in on-call rotation
• Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and comfortable with ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
• Significant experience with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation

• Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
• Experience with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
