Description

You will lead the launch of Brooklinen's first trade showroom at the Pacific Design Center, acting as an autonomous sales leader and strategic partner to interior designers and architects. You'll build a book of business from scratch through grassroots networking, expert consultations, and proactive business development while owning end-to-end showroom operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in premium home, luxury showroom, or high-end design sales
• Proven clienteling skills with focus on professional trade accounts
• Deep passion for interiors and ability to speak designer language (textiles, scales, technical specs)
• Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working independently in untested environments
• Flexibility to support Santa Monica team or weekend events as needed

Responsibilities

• Drive trade revenue by onboarding interior designers and building a recurring book of business
• Collaborate with HQ Retail, B2B, and Trade teams on outreach strategies and large-scale project leads
• Act as a technical and aesthetic design consultant for professional projects and high-end clientele
• Engage in grassroots networking and events to drive showroom traffic
• Manage showroom operations including sample management, aesthetic upkeep, and custom order workflow
