💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a customer-focused team at a pop culture driven brand. Your efforts will drive sales and build lifelong customer relationships while helping eliminate hunger through our donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
