💼 About This Role

You'll lead all aspects of product and process quality for injection molding operations at a next-gen manufacturing company. Your work will ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification while shaping the quality culture from the ground up. You'll collaborate with design, tooling, and software teams to build closed-loop quality feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Quality Department for injection molding operations
• Define and implement Quality Management System (QMS)
• Own part qualification process: PPAP, capability studies, control plans
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys)

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in quality roles in injection molding
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 knowledge
• Proficient with CMM, vision systems, and gauges
• Familiar with SPC, MSA, GR&R statistical tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with software-driven quality systems or digital QMS platforms
• Automotive or medical molding background
• Startup experience
