🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary Salesforce architecture advisor for clients guiding solution design and strategy.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across CRM systems ensuring seamless integration.
• Define solution architecture technical specifications and implementation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM experience with strong preference for Salesforce platform expertise.
• Proven track record designing scalable Salesforce solutions integrating processes across multiple systems.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture with additional Service Cloud knowledge preferred.
• Salesforce certifications in Experience Cloud and Service Cloud strongly valued.
