You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of customs brokerage and global trade inquiries. You'll investigate root causes of issues to prevent recurrence and improve service quality. This role offers fully remote work and exposure to international trade operations.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage client inquiries, resolving general and complex service issues
- Investigate root causes of client issues and implement preventive solutions
- Handle import documentation, permits, classifications, billing, and customs release
- Process credits, rebills, refunds, and amendments per guidelines
π Requirements
- 2+ years of client service or customs brokerage experience
- Knowledge of customs regulations and HTS classifications
- Experience with import/export documentation and trade compliance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Associate degree or equivalent post-secondary education
- Experience in logistics or global trade support
