🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client inquiries, resolving general and complex service issues
• Investigate root causes of client issues and implement preventive solutions
• Handle import documentation, permits, classifications, billing, and customs release
• Process credits, rebills, refunds, and amendments per guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of client service or customs brokerage experience
• Knowledge of customs regulations and HTS classifications
• Experience with import/export documentation and trade compliance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
