Description

You will build micro-services to secure Customer Identity Products and Infrastructure, working as part of a globally distributed team to solve complex security challenges at scale. This role involves collaborating across functions to support the growth of Okta's global Customer Identity business.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on development experience with Golang
• 3+ years experience in cloud infrastructure security or product security
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure security and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding best practices
• Experience working with a globally distributed and remote team

Responsibilities

• Work across a globally distributed product-aligned team of security engineers
• Establish deep understanding of Okta Customer Identity products and infrastructure
• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure services and security solutions
• Build automation to improve platform security capabilities (logging, threat detection, compliance)
• Support security investigations and participate in root cause analysis and remediations
