💼 About This Role

You'll join a multinational fintech in São Paulo to build and implement compliance, AML, and internal controls programs. As part of a newly authorized payment institution, you'll ensure adherence to Brazilian Central Bank regulations, develop policies from scratch, and conduct risk assessments. This role offers the chance to shape controls and processes in a growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct AML transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting.
• Design and test internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
• Prepare annual internal controls and AML reports for regulators.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, AML, and Internal Controls.
• Experience in companies regulated by the Brazilian Central Bank.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
