You'll provide operational and technical support to ambassadors and clients, ensuring workflow continuity and a positive customer experience. You'll act as the first point of contact for resolving and escalating issues within origination processes. This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle operational and technical inquiries from ambassadors and clients.
• Ensure ambassador workflow is not interrupted by technical issues.
• Resolve client issues within scope and guidelines.
• Identify recurring failure patterns in processes or systems.
• Perform initial investigation and triage of tickets.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in operational support roles.
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing tools.
• High service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic-intermediate English.
