You'll lead operational excellence for nationwide home inspections, onboarding, and move-in experiences. You will architect an AI-driven system to scale flawless processes. This role reports directly to the CEO and is critical to Belong's mission of delivering perfection.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect AI-driven inspection and onboarding system.
• Execute onboarding repairs to six sigma standards.
• Oversee QA inspections and post-QA repairs.
• Run Open Home tours nationwide with precision.

📋 Requirements

• Top 5 MBA or Master's in Operations
• Proven experience scaling operational systems
• Deep expertise in QA and process optimization
• Military training in an officer position preferred
