💼 About This Role

You'll drive the Data Quality program to build a scalable data platform across the company, partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams. Your core impact will be eliminating customer-facing data errors and establishing a single source of truth for metrics. You'll also lead the Data Governance Council to set and enforce data standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch
• Drive the Data Quality program end-to-end across teams
• Lead the Data Governance Council on policy decisions
• Guide workstreams including data contracts, pipeline observability, and testing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years experience as a technical program manager or related discipline
• Proven track record delivering complex technical programs in matrixed organization
• Strong experience with data-related programs in quality, governance, or platform infrastructure
