You'll drive revenue growth across key market segments by developing and executing region-specific strategies as a founding member of Anthropic's Australia Revenue Strategy & Operations team. Your core impact will be shaping how we win in Australia and New Zealand while building scalable operational foundations. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team over time as the business scales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Go-to-Market planning process for ANZ, including quarterly and annual cycles
  • Analyze region-specific sales metrics and pipeline dynamics to develop proactive insights
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Finance, Product, and Marketing
  • Execute critical processes including strategic account transitions, CRM configurations, and market data management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15-18 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated knowledge of APJ region with exposure to GTM dynamics across multiple markets
  • Proven experience designing territories, setting quotas, and building variable compensation plans
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools

  • Track record of scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth periods
  • Prior people management experience or readiness to build and lead a team
  • Experience working across multiple APJ markets or coordinating regionally distributed S&O work
