💼 About This Role

You'll lead client-facing technical engagements for a fintech startup transforming fund management software. You'll translate ambiguous client needs into structured proposals, architect custom systems, and set the bar for the FDE team. This role offers ownership of end-to-end delivery and significant impact on product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead early-stage client discovery and scope engagements
• Own senior client relationships end-to-end
• Architect custom systems across AI, optimization, and decision-support
• Support sales by lending technical credibility to pre-sales conversations
• Identify when bespoke work should become reusable product capability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years customer-facing technical experience
• Deep strength in Python, SQL, system design, and analytical architecture
• Strong applied AI or ML experience
• Proven track record leading ambiguous client initiatives from discovery through delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on with Snowflake AI Data Platform
• Experience in finance or private markets
• Experience with optimization or simulation platforms
