You'll manage the renewal process for Docker's customers, ensuring they see continued value in our products. You'll build strong relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role is remote-first with a focus on driving revenue growth through strategic renewals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
• Build relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate and close renewal contracts with sales team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
