🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage complete employee offboarding process
- Track court hearing dates and alert relevant parties
- Coordinate with external law firms on legal cases
- Update labor databases (Airtable, StaffTurnover)
📋 Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year experience in litigation or legal internships
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law and personnel management
- Legal writing and document review skills
- Ability to travel between offices and within Mexico
