💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team keeping our Class 8 trucks and trailers safe and reliable. You'll perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a modern fleet under warranty. This role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus and ASE certification reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools
• Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters
• Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar equipment
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop for manuals
• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• MIG welding experience
• T-series ASE certifications
