Description

You will be part of Similarweb's global accounting team, responsible for month and quarter end close processes, preparing consolidated financial statements and SEC filings, supporting audits and SOX compliance, and assisting with AP and billing processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of accounting experience (including internship)
• CPA with Big 4 firm experience
• English at very high professional level
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process including working papers, journal entries, and flux analysis
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, press releases, and SEC filings
• Support audit process with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit
• Support SOX compliance processes with internal teams and external advisors
• Support implementation of new US GAAP accounting standards
