You'll serve as the technical authority on AI, Security Operations Data, and security tooling, defining engineering standards for reliable, secure, and observable AI at enterprise scale. Your work will shape the integration of security tooling and guide a transformational approach to Cyber Operations. You'll coach and lead a team towards engineering excellence and secure software practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define reference architecture and technical standards for AI enablement services.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality and secure software practices.
• Engineer guardrails for AI-assisted workflows ensuring secure-by-default configurations.
• Define integration contracts for tooling operations and automate their configuration.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in new product or technology development.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and influence stakeholders.
• Strong experience in CI/CD practices and operating production systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, MIS, or MS degree.
• Experience with cloud-native logging and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of automation practices in platform engineering.
