You will provide skilled in-home nursing care for an 18-year-old client with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. Join a supportive team with flexible shifts, one-on-one care, and electronic documentation to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in pediatric or adult home care preferred
• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Compassionate and dedicated attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home skilled nursing care for an 18-year-old client with complex medical needs
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care as needed
• Monitor client condition and report changes
• Document care electronically
• Work collaboratively with the care team
