You'll lead Kymera's talent acquisition function through its transition from clinical to commercial readiness, building the workforce strategy for critical hires. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, team leadership, and analytics to ensure a high-performing company with top talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead workforce planning and proactive pipelining strategies for critical roles.
• Manage and develop the TA team to scale with organizational needs.
• Drive executive-ready analytics, reporting cadences, and system optimizations.
• Partner with communications on employer branding and early-talent programs.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years leading a TA function end-to-end.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in biotech or pharma.
• Proactive workforce planning translating business goals into talent strategy.
• Executive communication skills to influence C-suite stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building pipelines for senior clinical and scientific profiles (MDs).
