💼 About This Role

You'll own executive relationships and drive new logo acquisition for Sophos' enterprise cybersecurity solutions in the Australian market. You'll lead complex, consultative sales cycles with multi-threaded buying centers to deliver quarterly revenue goals and long-term customer partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own executive relationships and accountability for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Acquire new logos through proactive prospecting and land-and-expand motions
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including qualification to closure
  • Deliver quarterly revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience
  • 5+ years selling to commercial enterprises (e.g., FSI, telco)
  • Proven record of closing complex, high-value cybersecurity deals
  • Strong understanding of Australian enterprise buying processes

  • Channel fluency with distributors and MSSPs
  • Expertise in cybersecurity domains like MDR/XDR and Zero-Trust
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and Power BI
