You'll drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by helping organizations automate their ERP processes with AI. You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and directly shape how next-generation companies operate. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and execute territory/account plans targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals.
- Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and build alignment.
- Own business case, pricing, negotiation, and close of complex enterprise deals.
📋 Requirements
- 5-10 years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles and mobilize buying committees.
- Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services stakeholders.
- Fluent English and German (or another major European language).

- ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud).
- Experience selling automation platforms (workflow, RPA, process mining, IDP).
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
