You'll design, build, and iterate on enterprise-grade AI agents for high-stakes legal and compliance workflows. You'll ship reliable, scalable AI functionality into a live platform. Collaborate with software engineering, legal engineering, and product teams to expand the capabilities of our automation platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and integrate LLM-backed workflows with prompts, retrieval, and feedback loops
• Develop new AI workflows and systems across the platform
• Contribute high-quality code to the production codebase
• Build benchmarks and evaluation suites for AI agent performance

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as software engineer, applied AI, ML engineer, or data scientist
• Strong programming skills in Python, Docker, Postgres, and Redis
• Production system experience including debugging and monitoring
• AI/ML infrastructure experience integrating LLMs or ML into real-world systems
