🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve high-load backend services in C# and .NET Core
• Design features including AI voice and real-time processing
• Optimize asynchronous processing with messaging systems like RabbitMQ
• Tune MS SQL Server schemas, queries, and indexes for performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in C# and .NET with 2+ years in .NET Core production
• Strong distributed systems and high-load architecture experience
• Hands-on with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
• Expertise in MS SQL Server performance tuning and optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka or NATS
• Knowledge of observability tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration
