• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through social media and promotions
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
