You'll join the Dead by Daylight team as a Principal Backend Programmer, reinventing backend systems for a title with millions of active players. You'll architect, optimize, and maintain online infrastructure that delivers seamless gameplay at global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop new server features, enhancing existing codebase.
• Write detailed technical specifications before implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues to improve backend service robustness and performance.
• Collaborate with programmers to deliver gameplay-compliant server services.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of backend development experience with scalable system design.
• Advanced expertise with REST and WebSocket communication protocols.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Typescript and Node.js for high-speed server applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Front-end exposure using React and/or Angular.
• Experience in client/server architecture with focus on security and traffic management.
