Description

As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will manage and grow existing customer relationships, driving expansion and renewals. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to increase product adoption and uncover growth opportunities, directly impacting revenue and customer success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS sales
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision-makers
  • Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com CRM

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships and manage expansion/renewal activities
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
  • Nurture and close upsell, cross-sell, and net new deals
  • Analyze product usage and identify growth opportunities via whitespace analysis
  • Coordinate resources cross-functionally to drive feature adoption
