Description
As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will manage and grow existing customer relationships, driving expansion and renewals. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to increase product adoption and uncover growth opportunities, directly impacting revenue and customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS sales
- Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision-makers
- Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com CRM
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and manage expansion/renewal activities
- Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
- Nurture and close upsell, cross-sell, and net new deals
- Analyze product usage and identify growth opportunities via whitespace analysis
- Coordinate resources cross-functionally to drive feature adoption
