You will own the end-to-end strategy for Narvar Secure, a shipping insurance solution, focusing on scaling adoption, creating self-serve onboarding, and optimizing conversion flows to drive revenue. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management experience with proven revenue-driving features
• Deep understanding of e-commerce and merchant workflows (5+ years)
• Strong technical intuition and experience managing integrations
• Demonstrated success optimizing UX and improving conversion rates
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to guide roadmap decisions

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant growth by accelerating retailer adoption and reducing onboarding friction
• Build self-serve experiences to enable independent merchant launch
• Boost attach rates by optimizing messaging, design, and funnel performance
• Lead technical integrations across e-commerce platforms, support tools, ERPs, and internal products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer teams
