Description

You will lead design for Agentic Commerce at Stripe, shaping transformative products for merchants, agents, and consumers. You'll reimagine checkout experiences and build merchant tools, working with a small team of PMs and engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills
• Skilled at operating independently to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions
• Confident presenting work to company leadership
• Experienced in leading peer designers as a design manager or senior IC

Responsibilities

• Explore, shape, and communicate a compelling product vision alongside product and engineering teammates
• Design and iterate on ambiguous product experiences for merchants, agents, and consumers
• Work directly with senior leadership to communicate progress and evolve strategy
