Description

You will lead and oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GMP and CLIA/CAP guidelines, managing budgets and performance, and developing high-performing teams. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence and contribute to strategic initiatives that impact patient testing.

Requirements

• BS/BA in STEM field, Biological Sciences preferred
• At least 8 years experience, with 5+ years overseeing manufacturing or CRO production at leadership level
• Experience managing a CLIA/CAP CRO production team highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new/existing products
• Manage budgets, monitor revenue, expenses, test volume, and FTE efficiency
• Ensure compliance with CLIA/CAP guidelines and regulatory parameters
• Develop KPIs and analyze opportunities to optimize department performance
• Lead and direct high-performance teams, including professional development and mentoring
