You'll be the front-line client service professional, tapping into a global expert network to source the most suitable professionals for client research. You'll manage client expectations and multiple projects simultaneously, while learning about various industries. This role offers exposure to high-level executives and the chance to develop transferable business skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit new professionals through outreach via phone and email
• Schedule and confirm calls between clients and network members
• Manage client accounts and understand their evolving priorities
• Coordinate key interactions between clients and network members

📋 Requirements

• Postgraduate/graduate degree from a top-tier university
• 1-3 years of work experience in B2B client servicing or business development
• Excellent communication skills in a business setting
• Ability to work evening shifts (3pm to 12am or 5pm to 2am)
